This is a gentle 10 minute morning yoga stretch mixed with a bit of flow to help bring movement and breath into the body early mornings. Yoga is a great addition to your morning routine as it can be quick and help to encourage energy, focus and tension relief to walk you through your day ahead. As always be sure to skip any poses that don't feel right today or modify if and when needed.

My 8 year old and I have been doing Moga (yoga with Mom) in the mornings for the last few weeks. She especially likes your videos. This one was especially delightful. "Mommy, you subscribed to her, right??" Yes baby.

Im new to the channel and yoga and you make these easy for beginners to join I appreciate that. Your voice is so calming. I have anxiety and adhd and usually these are hard for me to enjoy but i am enjoying yours.

Thank you SO much, Bird, for yet another practice video I really needed, especially on this very busy workday a.m. Still, I have made it a priority to "hit the mat" every a m. during my workweek & sometime on weekend days, too. THANK YOU FOR MAKING YOGA SO ENJOYABLE! I have tried many times over the years and the instructors always sound so condescending and irritating that I recall when I hear the word yoga. For years, I would only watch stretching videos...until I found yours. You have such an calm, welcoming voice and such perfect music and flows. I actually look forward to yoga because of you.
