This resistance training session helps to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep it also has an element of cardio that will ramp up calorie burn. This workout routine targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

Love your workouts so much. My mom and i have been doing them for quite sometime very effective. Especially appreciate the knee friendly workouts as that helped my mom workout prior to her knee replacement. I do have a question to ask if i am using your workouts from youtube how many videos do you recommend i do daily? Also can you guys give dumbell amounts you use in the description for those of us who want to challenge ourselves. Thsnks in advance and keep up the impeccable routines
