This is the best 20 minute dumbell, no jump workout on YouTube. Straight forward, logical, good sweat, no fillers. This is my go to when I'm either pressed for time or feeling unmotivated. Recommended to a friend and she uses it regularly as her main workout.

This has been my primary workout for the last 6 months, at least 3 times per week with a long walk on the weekend. Barely having to change my diet I lost over a stone and changed my body shape entirely.

I just started trying your workouts. Really like the music: no stupid lyrics, I could let my kids listen and participate if they want to. Also appreciate the length; not too long.

Honestly, each day I do these workouts, I feel stronger and stronger. Although I can't make it through the 40 seconds for some, as I'm a beginner, I can honestly tell you I feel great after each workout. I do get better and better at it every time I do this workout. I bet you that within a week from now, I'll be able to do the whole thing!

P.S. You guys are awesome! Keeping doing what you're doing to help people improve strength, well-being and confidence! Thanks guys.

Got out of basic training and AIT in Nov 2020 in the best shape of my life - had my first baby in Nov 2021. Really have struggled to lose the 'baby weight'. I decided a 15 minute workout everyday would be more beneficial than my inconsistent 1 hour heavy duty workout once or twice a week. I started working out to YouTube videos about 2 weeks ago - every day - and am already seeing changes that I have not been able to accomplish in almost 2 years! Consistency may be mundane, but it is powerful. Really love and look forward to working out with y'all!

I alternate between this and runs and I freaking love this work out! I’ve been using it now for about two weeks and I really enjoy the fact that there’s no repeats! I hate repeating exercises and I hate doing sets so this is so nice! They’re also really encouraging and I love the modifications! I can’t wait until I can do the 30 minute workouts straight Everyone that comes and works out with me I always show them this video and we do it together because it’s just such a great workout! Also I’m a server so the strength training really helps my endurance during shifts

Lower body from 1:38 to 6:36
Shoulders from 6:36 to 7:35
Upper Body from 8:35 to 15:35
Core from 15:35 to 20:36

putting this for myself because i'm gonna go from Upper body, shouders, core, legs to maximise my energy output and make my workout more efficient
