Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

As an almost 57-year-old woman, I've been meaning to add some strength training into my routine. So happy to have found Mr and Mrs Muscle 20-minute workouts! I set my Apple calendar alert around noon to take a break from my computer and do a quick 20-minute workout. So far, I'm using 8-lb weights and usually do the modifications but I can feel myself getting stronger. Doing these videos 2-3 x/week with daily 3-4 mile walks and a weekly vinyasa yoga class has been the perfect moderate combo for me. Thank you so much! It's fun to work out with beautiful people!

Fell off track but now back at it again. I just love, love, love your 20 min workout sessions. They're quick & effective. And it's always nice to see which muscle group I'm working on 😉 Thanks for that bit of reference 👍

Love this! Your modification for lunges was absolutely amazing. My knees are not good, so normal lunges don’t do anything for me because my form suffers. I could feel these in the best way!

I am just in love with your workouts! Started with a friend just this week and we both enjoy them so much! I'm 63 and do them (the workout and the postworkout) and then we walk 4 miles everyday of the week! I am sure I'll get stronger in no time!
