Thanks Yomi, I did your workout yesterday. I changed the timing of each exercise to suit me and did 30 seconds on with 10 seconds rest. I like that you add a warm up and cool down. I enjoyed doing it.

Thanks Tomi, I just completed this workout and I really enjoyed it. I like the fact there is no repetition. I really apricate that you include warm up and cool down sections. This is something very few trainers do and I think it is a big mistake. I look forward to doing more of your sessions. I love the socks too. Thanks again.
