Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

I generaly work out with heavy weights but every few weeks I like to ease up on the weight to give my body a bit of a break. This workout is perfect for that, well, almost perfect, I really hate upright rows. The motion always feels weird in my shoulders and also a bit unnatural if I'm being honest. Other exercises like squats, lunges, push ups and sit ups have a functional element to them since they're the kind of movements you might naturally do in your day to day life, but when are you going to lift something in the same manner as the upright row? I think there's much better alternative exercises for shoulders and upper back like lateral raises or urlachers.
