Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

Due to some recent changes in my work routine, I was unable to go to the gym for four months now. There was a contacts of not performing any workout, and I was never convinced with all YouTube workout channels until I found you ❤.
This exactly what I wanted for my tough schedule.
It feels like I am at the gym where I can go anytime of the day ❤. Now I easily do it early morning.

Thanks for this. I started my weight training 2 weeks ago and this new upload has all my routine in just 20mins! Its motivating and encourages me to manage my workout time more efficiently! Thank you for another great video. I can do all but the squats as my knees will not allow. Is there any alternatives to the lunges and squats or do I just skip those exercises?
