This resistance training session helps to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep. This workout routine targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Did this workout this morning. I love, love, love your videos❤. I was in heart failure two years ago. I had to strengthen my heart again. Your workouts have helped me tremendously. I went from barely doing these videos to doing them without stopping. These videos are a permanent part of my life and continued recovery. Thank you again!

First time in years that I do a workout with weights. I am obese at 228.8. Not very athletic at all. This was a great beginners workout. I used the modification technique. I hope to master this in another couple of weeks. Will try again the day after tomorrow. THANK YOU for this video. It's inspiring me.

Update: 11/20/23 I am down to 210 lbs. Feeling stronger. Love your videos.

I started this workout today, on 5th of February, 2024. I just realised a few days back that I had lost a ton of weight after my mother's death. I am a 5'6" woman and I weigh 43 kgs. My doctor gave me a high protein diet and adviced for strength training workouts. The realisation of gaining 20 kgs weight in a year, otherwise my childhood dream of joining the military as a medical professional will be lost forever...has brought me, a once completely fit and athletic young woman, to this side of the internet...hoping and determined to get my strength back.

been trying to weight train for a month and I though I was doing great with my workouts but then I did this one (with a few video pauses here and there) and wow.... this kicked my butt and it isnt even a crazy workout. The visuals showing what muscles you should be using helps because you can focus on feeling it there and it helps correct your movements
