Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

I need this today! I haven't worked out in quite awhile with weights & I felt it too! I felt sooo sluggish in the beginning & I felt like wow I'm not going to be able to do this, but I weren't as bad as I thought I were. I surprised myself because I "COMPLETED THE WHOLE EXERCISE" w/o HAVING TO PAUSE THE VIDEO" although I had to do the modified version on the Push Ups & the Side Planks, but I were able to do them "ALL"! Hallelujah! Thank "U"! It was a really Good Sweaty Workout & I felt so Good when I were Done! I usually walk instead of picking up weights! I could really tell the difference from the time long ago that I last used weights & body strength! Thank "U"! 🤗😘🙌
