This 15 Minute NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest) is a Yoga Nidra-style Meditation. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind and nervous system. This guided yoga nidra includes gentle binaural beats and soft piano to further soothe the whole nervous system and create brainwave entrainment for deep relaxation. This type of meditation also aids in deep relaxation, non-sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.

Ik started yoga nidra last year around this time. I just had my first child and got a post-natale depression. Yoga nidra has helpend me heal my body and mind so much! I started doing it twice sometimes three times a day. Right now, after A year, my depression is gone and I feel way better. However I am so gratefull for healing without medication and I notice a big change in my sleep during the night.

I’ve been doing Yoga Nidra/NSDR for about 3 months now, it is so incredible, I’m able to be productive in 2 big phases of the day instead of burning out in the afternoon. This here has to be hands down the best body scan I’ve ever done! Incredible thank you so much 🙏🏼

I've been trying your NSDR for about a year, on Andrew Huberman's recommendation. I have advanced cancer and this practice is very helpful to just get through the day, as getting good sleep has been a problem and this practice definitely acts as a recharge. Thank you. I'm in Portland, Oregon.

I am from the UK and have been diagnosed with ME/CFS. Someone told me about yoga nidra being helpful for them. I have been practicing for the last few weeks and I feel so good. Thank you for these yoga nidra sessions. I had a right side brain injury, and a the entire left side of my body was crushed in an accident. I survived these injuries, I fully healed and am thriving in life. I am so blessed to have survived the things that I have. I still have no feelings in some parts of my body on the left side, so there is a disconnection with my left side nerves and the right brain. These yoga sessions have helped me reconnect with my left side in a way that I didn’t think possible. I really like the full in-depth description of the right hemisphere and the left side of the body, IDK if I missed it, but I didn’t hear it in this video. It doesn’t matter you have many other videos that I listen to that do. I wanted to let you know my story and how you positively influence my life to reconnect with my body and nerves. Thank you.

Thank you Ally. Very relaxing and soothing. I am trying to quit ‘smoking’ and your guided practices are helping so much. The only issues is YouTube tends to like to blast their advertising at the end. It can be rather shocking when you have just surrendered yourself and then HERE COMES THE COMMERCIALS. Other than that these vids are helping so much with the cravings.
