So I just found you and noticed you posted a lot three years ago and not until now from 4 months ago. I don’t know what made you stop.? You are terrific your cuing is incredible you should do more of that. I noticed in the past you did not . I hope you will start posting again. It was really terrific. You had great moves with the weights and hit all the body parts. Looking forward to seeing more hopefully.
