I LOVED this workout! What makes it so great is that the short reps and constant breaks keep things interesting and most important DOABLE. Even if it's hard, 25 seconds is so much easier mentally than 60 seconds. I have a short attention span for workouts, so this was a big hit for me!!

This workout is amazing! At the end I am very sweaty! I used to be 157 and at first I didn’t have this video and went down to 155 and then I started to do this workout consistently for about a month I’ve went from 144 to 135 ! I have fixed my diet HUGELY I do this video along with a 15 minute cardio, my own ab workout and arm workouts and running i am so pleased. I’m only 20 pounds away from my goal thank you so much!

La rutina es perfecta! No aburre y no es complicada, lo único que podría decir es que para estos ejercicios si necesitas un piso 0 resbaloso o el tapete de ejercicio para que no resbalen los tenis.

My hubby and I found you all via YouTube about a year ago. Since working from home we wanted to find more activities to do together. When we came across your page we were excited and have been pleasantly pleased. The workouts have enough variety, cardio and strength training for me and hubby. We both get a good sweat. My favorite are all of the full-body videos. I have been on a fitness/be healthy journey for the past year and I'm much physically stronger than I used to be.
