You don't need any equipment for this workout and this is fit for all levels of fitness. Alot of us over 50 are shunned at gyms and you have given us a great alternative. Your videos actually have transformed my physique more than 30 years of gym workouts. I'm in my 5th week back with you all. 60 and 30 min strength training videos 3x per week. Walking and running 7 days.
