I've doing your workouts for the past 3 months now (started in 12-19-22, weighing at 290lbs) and now I am doing it more than before by 2x or 3x a week and honestly it help me alot, especially losing at total of 25lbs (currently 264lbs) and I will continue with you guys workouts and surely it saved me a lot of my overall health, I thank you Juice & Toya!💪🏼🙂✨️

Thank you for this workout, it helped me like non before. And it helped my wife as well, because we were doing it together, like you of course :) But I learned that for successful body transformation you must be hard motivated and train hard af. Many people forget that diet is more important than training. Percentage wise, diet is 70% and training is 30%, that's the rule. If you are beginner, you need help about training and calculating calories, so its better to pay personal trainer or find some online tool for creating diet for you. My wife made great transformation and lost 25kg, but she used diet plan from Next Level Diet. At least she told me she did that :D

I like your guy’s videos because you make your content about being genuinely healthier and stronger rather than having clickbait and unrealistic titles like “achieving thigh gap” and “waist slimming” which only makes ppl feel like they should only workout for looks. So thank you!

Didn't get to this workout until 8:30pm due to just be "lazy" today but since I'm working on consistency and keeping promises to myself.. I decided to go on and get up and get it done and I'm so glad I did this is by far my favorite workout not only from the challenge but from this channel!! Will absolutely be adding it to my favorites and returning. Now just to finish my 64oz of water for the day.

Wow I cant thank you enough J&T, you have transformed my life from Pre-Diabetic diagnosed to almost fit dad for my young children, I am in UK, crazy long hours, I have try traditional gym etc etc, non worked, So thank you guys, still need at least another 2 months to be ideal weight and fitness, Love you, Guys here its working keep going, I have done it whole months daily except 2 days, after night shift before shower I do this, find away make time and keep going, dont look at the scale, dont bother about mirrors at our stage, just keep going,

W3D2 - 30 minute Full Body Cardio HIIT! About today: I had a plethora of tasks to do but for the first time in my 63 yo life, I said no to tackling the tasks first & yes to putting my wellness fist.
This cardio did not disappoint & now I have energy to the other items - feeling good!
