This is the best workout I've found online! I used to do powerlifting and go to the gym 4-5 times a week, now I haven't gone in months and just don't have the motivation to go. I've been doing at home stuff like this for the past 2 months and this is by far the best one, I'm absolutely drenched lol. I also appreciate how this is difficult for you guys as well, most other trainers don't even break a sweat and makes me feel like I'm not going hard enough!

Reminded me of why cardio is whole other kind of therapy for me. I haven't been the most consistent with my exercise as I've been on holiday, but I believe these workouts are going to help me get back to where I need to be.

Amazing workout!! Today I finally hit my goal of losing 20lbs🥳 It was a very slow and steady process… I didn’t do any severe restrictions, just slowly cut my calorie intake every 2 weeks until I hit the deficit I needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last stubborn 6lbs). Now I want to slowly integrate more calories until I hit maintenance! The diet assistant on Next Level Diet helps me a lot in the process.

First time working out with you guys. This was a mean ass workout. A real fat burner. I couldn't have asked for a better way to get and go. The variety and combos were beastly. I would do it again.

I've finished this 30 mins ago a good challenge and I loved it. Really liked how most of last round was floor work. Please could you have your trainers tell us what motivates them to exercise between sets in the 45 seconds rest breaks?

Gonna have a go at this first thing in morning, gonna get up super early with my hubby getting ready for work + once he leaves I’m on it before all the boys wake up 💪🏼 I’ve gained over 3 stone + am binge eating myself into despair 😣😣 Gonna combine this exercise with keto and IF … let’s try and shift some of this blubber 🐳 before my 39th bday in June 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I feel like I am a HIIT junkie and I can tell you this was a great workout! Not a ton of pounding on the knees, nice full body workout, great moves to keep you motivated. I also love the preview before the actual move. You have my “thumbs up” and my “Subscribe” I have crappy knees and it was just the perfect amount of jumping and then switched to abs and upper body giving my knees a break.
10/10 I usually stick with Heather Robertson who I love dearly but I am going to make you a regular part of my workouts. Plus, I really like your music.
