30 Minute Full Body & Cardio Workout | Level 2 | MOMENTUM - Day 10

Today I am 30 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today's workout is a full body strength and cardio workout where we will work through 4 circuits with 3 exercises each and we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one to close out week 2 of MOMENTUM!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 20 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for split squats and my glute resistance bands.

The exercises:

CIRCUIT 1:
1. Squat and press twist
2. RDL and Row
3. Lateral Slides

4. Step up and curl
5. Lunge and Front raise
6. Mountain Climbers

7. Alternating snatch to lunge
8. Hang clean and press
9. Jump Rope

10. Plank core slider tucks
11. Slider burpees
12. Jump Rope

Crushed 25 minutes of it until grand babies woke up. I’m okay with that. I use to get discouraged if I didn’t finish it because of an interruption but being with the grand kids while they are with me is priceless. Happy Easter Sydney, Dustin, and Squad.

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (33:51): "When temptation comes up, when you want to give up, when you want to lay down, think, 'I am strong already.' Don't wait for something to prove to yourself that you're strong. Just already think it." This reminds me of James Clear's concept of "identity-based" habits. Sydney are you reading my mind???🧐 I recently started a new job and have to speak in meetings. I’ve always had jobs where I did not have to speak at all and I loved it. I am very nervous about speaking in “high brow” meetings and I know I have to get out of my comfort zone in order to be the best public speaker ever! I am drenched in sweat from this work out but that tid bit of motivation is exactly what I needed, in addition to this awesome workout!!! Thanks so much💜

Day 10 CRUSHED!!! Missed yesterdays workout and have to give myself grace for that...going to try and work it in sometime next week. It's been crazy here but I showed up and worked as hard as I could today. Took some extra breaks to catch my breath but I didn't leave. Made it to the end sweaty, breathing hard, and feeling proud of myself! Way to work this week squad! Happy Easter/Passover to everyone! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💦💦🥵🥵🥵

That was excellent! Loved those sets - great choices! Such a good sweat! It is falling and i earned it! At the end, I'm telling myself - Sydney is doing this 30-weeks pregnant so get moving it.
