Follow along with us for a 30 minute full body HIIT workout that will help increase your overall strength and endurance. This workout is great for all levels of fitness since we provide advanced and beginner modifications for each exercise. This workout was designed for you to go at your own pace so feel free to drop or increase the intensity (reps) as needed. We are taking your through 20 different exercises split into upper body, lower body, cardio, and core.—NO REPEAT. So feel free to follow us for form but go as hard as you can for each exercise! Y’all. I am jumping for joy over this challenge! Today, I was able to do 4 push ups and 10 shoulder taps from my toes (not using my knees)!!!! Y’all have no idea how huge that is for me! Oh, and the shoulder dip things: this entire challenge (my entire life, really) I couldn’t do them! I could barely hold myself up in the position and today, I was able to do 3 very shaky dips. I’m so freaking proud!!!! Thank y’all so much for the support thus far. This challenge is fantastic!

Heck yes, we want Toya to lead more workouts! As a woman, that was very empowering to see! I loved how she represented and held it down with the hardcore version! I believe I pushed harder in this workout because of her! She's so inspirational!❤

I loved toya doing the hard version of the workout because I’m so used to following her that I forgot she was doing the hard version and finished the workout without any complain 😂. This workout made me sweat way more then the other HIIT workouts since I did the advanced version for the first time. Thank you so much 😊 loved it.

I teach health/PE in a high school and my kids LOVE your workouts. I used this one to really motivate the young ladies and challenge them to lead the workout as well, even in a virtual environment. They crushed it. Y'alls workouts have made a huge difference in my kids and classes. Thank you.

Completed and did a 2 mile run with my son in his jogger. I definitely feel like I’m gaining endurance. Push-Ups have improved. I got through the entire jumping Jack segment without stopping. I also was able to do most of the advanced movements. Proud of my progression.

I much appreciated the fact that Toya led the HIIT workout today. On the other hand, I saw some improvements on my muscular endurance as I perform the exercises of the HIIT workout. At the start of the 4 week challenge, I barely could resist soreness of my muscle when putting effort on my shoulders. However, as I have seen during the workout, I was able to accomplish most of the exercises without needing for a rest. Thank you for supporting us throughout our progress! I am very proud of myself 🔥💪.

Juice & Toya: I just wanted to thank you so much for all the bodyweight workouts. My two colleagues and I are from Exeter California, and we teach middle school Physical Education. to 600+; 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. We have been doing J & T workouts together each week on Zoom from our home for the past 4+ months, because of the pandemic. I know they are more inspired watching you lead the workouts than watching me. I am so thankful that you show modifications, so that even this 50+ year old can get through the workouts 4 times per day. I truly appreciate that your workouts are planned and well thought out. I think what I like most as a teacher is the preview of what's coming up next so if I need to add any additional comments it allows me to do so. I think what the kids like most is to see the count-down of each exercise so they know when it is going to be over. LOL. Your video presentation is great. Lastly, as a middle school teacher, thank you so much for dressing in a manner that I can show 11-13-year-olds a great workout without getting any parent phone calls on what the instructors are wearing, if you know what I mean. You both are both true professionals, and we are looking forward to many more Juice and Toya workouts.

My fiance and I found this channel a couple weeks ago and we've been working out to your videos almost every night. This one was especially tough but we felt so accomplished after. No hate to Juice but I loved that Toya got the chance to lead this workout. It definitely gave me the motivation to push harder and try the non-modified versions!
