This is the hardest workout i ever did 😅, but it did help me lose weight. I'm a South Indian and all we deal with is White rice. I managed to eat mindfully and a little more fiber veggies and fruits And just did this workout 5 times a week. I lost 4 kgs in a month. Makesure you're consistent 😉

Saving this one, learned to embrace/tolerate cardio as I used to hate it. I've lost 70 pounds and find cardio really helps change my body the fastest. The music sounds great. Looking forward to adding this one in.

Im all about these exercises because I wont to lose fat before summer. I hope this helps. Im doing these everyday. I also got meal plan from Next Level Diet because I think diet is more important than being active but who knows. Wish me luck people!

Just finished this. Super sloppy but completed. Have done plenty of high impact stuff before but this was my first organized HIIT workout. That was much fun!!! I see why people love this so much. Thank you @Nobadaddiction !
