When you first do this workout, it literally feels like the end of the world as a beginner. Feels like your body is getting crushed. But frankly, as you’ll continue doing this, it gets so much better! You won’t feel as tired and worn out bc then you’ll have the strength to do it. In just a span of 5 days doing this workout everyday, I’ve noticed so much progress in my strength and endurance.

I did this video so many times that i have started doing every round twice... I lost 4kg in 3 weeks (from 60kg to 56kg) ! I recommend!!!!

[30/05/2024] This is the first time I have finish a full workout that lasted 30mins. Before, I just took the one around 10-15 mins and then felt wornout. I know there's nothing impressive but the fact is I won myseft and that I can do more than I think. This workout is really worth it. I felt retired but excited. Keep going on little girl

1st day - In the middle of the video I really wanted to give up. I stopped the video and lay on the ground. Then I started it again and finished it, I'm proud of myself. :)
