This is the perfect workout for days when I don’t feel like working out. The warm up helps me “get into it”, so thank you for that. I like that this workout isn’t too hard, but not too easy either. Just what I needed after a rough workday. 🏋🏽‍♀️ 😅

Great workout. I got tired toward the end and on the side plank I noticed part of my calf was also on the ground, but I was too tired to really try to force it up, so I just went with it. The rapid side step I have a hard time with. I may need to practice that movement a bit to get better, but it doesn't help I keep trying to just do a side touch not a side step. Thanks to both of you.
