I think this should be called a toning or full body workout, it’s definitely not a HIIT. There was about three exercises that I would actually classify as cardio, the rest didn’t get my heart rate up much at all. HIIT should be maxing out your heart rate with nice active recovery.

I’ll do for week and see how it goes👍

Day 1:Very hard, hadn’t worked out in 6 months, burn, great feeling, better than the 45 minutes one to me


Day 2:skipped for health reasons, but still sore from yesterday

Day 3: way easier than day 1, saw immediate fat loss, love this workout

Day4(tomorrow):

I’m back again

Day 1/monday: Did it once with another hitt
Great! Way easier now I already see improvement and lost a lot of fat

Day2:did it!I don’t see more improvement but it burns!

managed to finish this one haha. so proud of myself, i feel so much more energized and ready to work. i have tried a lot of workout channels before but you guys are the only ones who do not leave me feeling like a dead body, but i also feel the burn at the same time. thanks a lot! 😊😊

I love the sweat I'm getting from the exercise. Cardio wasn't always my thing but I really had fun in this one <3 Altered some of the moves to suit myself due to leg injury but am still proud for finishing the whole exercise ~

I really enjoyed this wokout. I did not burnt 500 calories, but burn 205 which is amazing result
