Wow WHAT A CLASS Lindsey !! If anyone has any doubts about how effective a 30 minute workout is, they should defo try this one ! Loved how much I sweated with minimal jumping (my knees are thanking you). Can't wait to see more workouts like this <3

Don't let this 30 minutes Barre fool you! I was sweating a lot. There were a lot of dynamic and creative movements which created a good combination of cardio, strength, mobility and flexibility. Please please do more Barre videos. Thank you Lindsey!

Today was the day I pushed myself out of bed. Then I didn’t feel like working out but started what I thought was a warm up, then I wondered. Why is this warm up so difficult but good. Only to realize a good 6 minutes in, this is the workout😂🤣😂🤦🏾‍♀️. Thank you for an amazing workout. Finished strong and so glad I pushed through.

Your full 30+ minute Cardio Barre workouts are seriously my FAV!!!! They give me a fun workout that flies by and I'm always sore the next day but I get on it with one of your weight workouts the next day! This is my very first Barre workout. Awesome intense moves. I cannot do full lunges due to the knee issues. I am doing quarter lunges here and only the 1st option for me for the exercises.

I really enjoyed this one! I've been dealing with some autonomic dysfunction lately and while I really prefer strength training videos it just hasn't been possible - my heart rate quickly shoots up close to 200 and it wipes me out for days. I feel like I got the same level of intensity from this workout and was able to modify it to keep my heart rate at a more reasonable level (and the lack of jumping helps my knees and ankles). Really thankful I found your channel!

Barre always surprises me! It seems like it should be easier than strength training but the pulses and isometric holds create an intense burn!! Thanks for this awesome workout!

I fractured my wrist about two weeks ago, so using weights is out (love those NML workouts)--the barre workouts are where its at for me now. So happy I gave them a shot
