Finally an entire Warm Up workout from Roberta's Gym 😃
It is well known that before you begin any workout you should warm up and stretch your body - to avoid any injures during the workout.

I've been asked for a warmup workout for a long time, but only now I found time to create it... and finally it's here!

At the end of this workout your body will be warmed up and ready for any physical activity.

So do try this warm-up workout and tell me how you feel after that! Ideally you should be doing this warm-up session before any workout you perform, so try to stick to this plan.

Oh man, I havent been working out that this warm up was like an actual workout. . My body has become so heavy. Sweating heavily. Thank you. Its a good warm up. To kick start.

I'm at a stage now where I'm searching for more intense exercises as my body has became stronger and, is begging for more. This warm up was amazingly easy for me, I felt so relaxed while doing it; those back stretches are everything.

In my Day One of my workout and did this, damn it was hella tiring but then guys I am now in Day 5 and it felt like I wanted even more lmao. God Bless to everybody doing this, I know you can too guys! Just be patient.

Very good warm up routine! It ended with Jumping Jacks and Running in place was great 👍 for our cardio! We are ready for the day or another more sweaty workout. Thank you.

It's perfect!! I'm preparing to be in Shape and Fit again because, I'm already Out of shape. In school, I get bullied so, I want to be fit And In shape.. wish me Luck :(

Im 32, 5'4 and 125 lbs. Very sedentary. Im healthy no health issues but due to being sedentary for 3 months now i feel like my endurance is decreasing and starting to feel odd with my body, high heart rate even at rest. Coughing that does not go (weak immune system), always sleepy.

When i suddenly feel like i almost pass out and almost got myself to the hospital, thats when i realized that i need to step up and do something or else, Im gonna end up sick or even worse.

I started daily routine with Robertas gym exercises. But with the first few exercises, I can feel and hear my joints and ligaments clicking loud, my muscles become sore, and heaet pumping above 100.. tired and difficult, but i am very determined to do it regularly. I cant wait to be back to healthy lifestyle again and stay healthy Thank you Roberta for putting out this exercises on youtube, such a great help!

Hello Roberta’s Gym 💚💛, I started using this warm up and it’s very effective 🤩👏🏻! It’s like a real workout which is pretty shocking for me and some other people 💪🏻.
