I do yr exercise minimum 1hour.. really feel superb.. but my upper body fat want to loose.. because my lower body is S size. and I haven't Hip fat, back fat..but my upper body is XL size .. for chest, soldier and upper belly fat...
So please suggest which exercise for me.. please please please.. thank you❤❤❤❤❤
