0:48 Arm cross & butt kick
1:20 Posterior swing
2:09 Pull and flop in squat
2:47 High knee pulldown
3:21 Standing twist
3:52 Standing Calf raise
4:20 Running arm

*Could probably combine the last 2 into 1 compound dynamic stretching/warm up exercise

Of all the vids i've seen on here - this one is deff the top of the list. Not only is he engaging with the viewer, has proper form and execution with each warm up exercise, he also narrates what exactly he's doing in the warm up/what body parts it focuses on and is encouraging to the listener. As a CPT in training, these are all important points that need to be remembered and mentioned to the clients.

I absolutely love hasfit! I've been following for a year now, but with a long pause as of lately. My workouts were always different, from hasfit, to weight training, to kickboxing. But I then started hanging out with the wrong crowd and getting into drugs. Now that I'm sober, I've been slowly getting back at it, with hasfit of course. Thank you for everything hasfit!

Been following hasfit for about 6 months non-stop now, no gym either, just 5-10 lb dumbbells. I used to be a regular gym goer for 5+ years and i have never been in better shape till i started these videos. This guy know's whats up. Thanks, Coach Kozak! <3 If i only followed their diet plan, i'd be in ridiculous, crazy-good shape but the muchies come on too strong :(

i've been doing this before every upper body day since i started taking the gym seriously. definitely feeling ready to go before the workout and far less sore after.

Very effective warmup routine. Much more engaging than just stretching in a static position.

A must have warmup before every workout.

Love this man and the exercises for seniors! He has a warm up program, exercise program and post exercise stretch which keeps a person from being sore after each session. Recommending him big time!
