This is perfect! Great way to get my day started. I do it before work and it’s short and intense enough I can still leave at my usual time, but walking out the door with a spring to my steps. Then I insert two or three of your other short standing workouts during lull times in the day. It’s great because I can manage bite chunks of exercises a few times a day when I simply don’t have an hour or so to spare for a long workout. Thank you.

Thank you. I am in my 70’s and do a selection of your workouts every day. Usually around 30 minutes. So I’m happy that this is a shorter exercise to start the day off. 😊

I reeeeally loved this! After injuring my spine i jush didnt feel good gping gym onto the normal weight machines, i was always more in pain after !

Im jush getting into pilates with my new pilates bar and i couldnt manage every movement you've shown 100% but it felt good ❤ i will definitely carry on with yours workouts 🎉
