5 Min Full Body WARM UP before Workout

Do this super quick 5 min full body warm up before your workout! It wakes up the muscles, promotes mobility and prevents you from injuring yourself. The exercises are for the entire body and you can start your workout right after. Do this 5 min warm up before EVERY workout!

This warm up can also be done if pregnant or postpartum. When you perform the inchworm, drop your knees on the mat during the high plank.
