WARM UP ROUTINE BEFORE WORKOUT | Quick and Effective | Rowan Row

Hey guys, I have put together this quick and effective warm up routine exercises that you can perform every time before you start working out. Those dynamic stretches are specially chosen to warm up your body from head to toe and to avoid any sort of injuries before you get yourself into your training session. Really focus on the dynamic movement and let your body flow.

Exercises:

1. Neck circles
2. Shoulder rotation
3. Arm circles
4. Arm circles opposite directions
5. Elbow circles
6. Wrist rotations
7. Hip rotation
8. Body circles
9. Inner tie and oblique
10. Lower back and hammer strings
11. Lounge tap
12. Side static luge
13. Front static lunge
14. Squat cross arms
15. Standing crunch
16. Butterflyes
17. Jumping jacks

There is no break in between the exercises.

Man, im 32 and in the worst shape of my life. I've been doing your exercises every day for the past month + eating well and I already feel different. More confident and more energetic. I struggled with finding a full warm up routine for a while now as many videos are all about 5 min hip and leg stretches and I really wanted to do a proper full body stretch before I start on my workout routine. This material is perfect for that! I am ready to train even more now and I am not afraid of the injuries I have been tackling in the past. Thank you Rowan!

I do this routine before every single workout! It's like a combination of track and field stretches combined with what a lot of kickboxing classes do to warm up.

After trying this, it made me realize that all those years without doing any exercises took a toll on me. This warm up became the workout for me and my bones are cracking, lmao. Hopefully, slowly and surely I can turn this into an actual warm up for me.

Been doing this two times a day, one early in the morning and another one in the evening before I exercise, so far my back pains almost disappeared

The greatest thing about this exercise is that it is pretty well ordered.. Start from neck.. then shoulders.. then hand.. belly.. so on. I add meditation for 15 min before starting it.. and It becomes a complete package.

After almost a year of using this video before every workout (or on some days just doing this video🙃) I just gotta say thank you!❤ This warmup is by far my favorite one that I have found.

Rowan, thank you for these routines. I'm 57yo, 76kg, and w/o any pre-existing health issue (I hope). Being a beginner, I will stick with these very manageable routines for maybe a month before I try anything more strenuous.
