I have to say most warm-ups I've seen are aggressive and you feel like it was a workout instead of a warm up. This warmup is perfect! Thanks for sharing!

1:07 shoulder roll (right)

After years of wanting to get fit & lose weight I’ve finally got around to making a start. The more unfit i became the harder it became to start. This 5 minute warm up was an ideal starting point for me.. thanks.

i've been doing this for the past 5 days, it´s crazy how on the first day this made me so tired and almost made me sweat and now, on the 5th day, it makes me feel more active and ready to exercise!!

Maddie’s workouts are an obvious game changer. Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed 👀 the increased definition in her legs 🦵🏻? Thx for this new warm up.

This was incredible. I’m 27 year old mom of two haven’t workout in over two years. This stretched muscles I forgot I had. I will definitely be coming back for more! I want to feel free in my body again. Move with ease and not feel like a rusted out robot

man it feels good to be able to keep up.
For anyone that is starting, I just want you guys to know that I started a while back and it was hard to do many of the stretch exercise and other things, but slowly I got a better and better and now I can do things a lot better. so my main point is that it takes time, but stay because you will persevere. :)

Thank you for posting this. I haven’t been active (to an unhealthy degree) in many years, and as someone who’s young and thin, I guess I just let myself get really weak over time and got used to not doing much.

My joints are so unused to any exercise that they were cracking like crazy throughout this! I didn’t strain them too hard, though, and tried to go at my own pace.

Thank you for posting something so easy for someone like me. If I make a habit of doing this maybe twice a day or so, I feel like I can start to feel alive again. Super grateful.

This is the easiest warmup to just pickup and do. Sometimes I feel like getting actual exercise in after, and sometime I just feel refreshed and ready to do a task I need to do. Thank you for this one.

This is my favorite warm-up video so far! I usually don't feel my legs getting active in other warm-up videos, and i mostly focus on my legs(since that part is where im trying to lose weight). But this really makes me feel ready for a leg work out!

Hi' I always start my workout by this warm up. Then followed by your 30 minutes full body workout and i felt so good and energised afterwards except for 2 exercises that I can't do maybe i need more practice or i can do some alternate because I need to be careful not to put so much presssure anyway I'm 58 years old and I find your workout doable specially for younger people but since I am trying to be healthy and fit so yeah I am trying slowly...thank you ❣❣❣j
