Did 10 minutes last week. Started 15 minutes this week. Will try to achieve 20 minutes next week. Slow but progressive. Thank you for this workout

Bloody hell, sweat and heartbeat! I was unprepared!
I did Freeletics about year ago with the same scheme of exercises. And I see this video with the thought: “I have been doing it, so that will be easy”. I was wrong! Such a long pause in training effects on your abilities.
