My Upper Body Warm-Up Routine!

Here is my full upper body dynamic stretching routine that I do every single time I train upper body. I do all these exercises in order for around 20- 30 seconds each, right in the beginning of my workout as soon as I get to the gym. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes, and when I’m done I’ll either do a few sets of push-ups if it’s a push day, or some assisted pull-ups if it’s a pull day. This guy is great. He goes to them gym for 2 yrs and he looks better than me. I am going since i am 16 but you shouldn't count the first 4 yrs. Summarizing the facts i can tell you that knowledge is very important.

I usually do 5 min treadmill warm up. Few light sets before the heavy ones cool down on cross trainer and stretch at the end. I will definitely be doing these stretches before I work out thanks

Dislocated my shoulder 3 times and finally had surgery on it about 6 months ago. Banded dislocations might not be a good one for me 😂 love the content man! Always short and straight to the point!
