IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

To anyone who is doing this challenge, we both in this, so don't give up. When you feel like you you want to give up and you can go no more, tell yourself "look how far I have come I can keep going to reach my goal" we all in this struggle together through thick and thin.

I wanted to leave an encouraging comment for anyone reading. Today is my 9th day working out, with a more controlled diet. I have almost lost 2 kgs and I notice I'm getting more fit and stronger. The truth is that I have unfortunately gotten lazy and missed 3 days of working out before deciding I won't give up today and came back to continue where I left off. It is hard to stay consistent and maintain the motivation to work out, but just know that you are not alone and you can do this. Challenge yourself not just physically but mentally since it can be really hard to stay committed and consistent. I know I'm still learning! You got this!!! Thank you Chloe for the program and the website, they are really helping me work hard towards my goal.

I hope you see this comment. I came here to thank you Cloe <3 I am doing your workouts since 2019 (I was 19 then) and they help me to get over my depression and anxiety and also they help me to gain confidence and love myself. Since I am a little bit shorter than avarage height in my country (I am 155 cm) I always suffer depression, anxiety ex. But when I was started your workouts I felt better now I dont even need to take my pills! Doctor said that I dont need them anymore. THANK YOU CLOE. You always inspires me. I wish you always be happy

This warm up is so important. It gets every muscle ready to work. Don't skip these. If you don't warm up your muscles, you have a higher risk for injury. This is quick and the perfect amount of stretch and heat. Your body will thank you for it! You can do this! You ARE your own champion!!
