This 10 Minute Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that can be used anytime you need an energy boost, but are short on time. Also known as non sleep deep rest (NSDR), this 10 min yoga nidra can also be used as a morning meditation and for relaxation and stress relief.
Yoga nidra induces deep relaxation on all levels of your being. Yogic sleep is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety.
This yoga nidra meditation is set to relaxing music and includes a short body scan meditation and breathwork. This nidra meditation is a guided relaxation that incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student of Ally Boothroyd at Sarovara Yoga.
