Thank you, Ally! I have no problem falling asleep in the evenings, but I often wake up between 2:30 and 3:30 with my heart pounding and thoughts racing, and can’t get back to sleep. Your soothing voice and paying attention to my body puts me right back to sleep. It has been such a blessing to have found you.
