Thank you for this Lauren. There aren’t a lot of quality 10 min nsdr videos out there. This length is excellent to squeeze in a quick rest during the work day.

I have bpd and chronic fatigue syndrome so trying to rest myself with a busy and anxious mind is hard. My thoughts still wandered with this meditation but not as much as others and it was very relaxing and calming. Thank you!

I don't know if it's your voice in this one or the music or the breathing technique but this one really helps to calm me down and then it's over so I do it again on the days I have time. ❤❤❤ Thank you Loren

A little less volume with the music and this would be perfect. The loudness comes in waves and is distracting, especially listening to on .75 speed.
