I have really bad brain fog from Long Covid, and these short practices are great for resetting and clearing my mind, they really help lift the fog and help me through my working day which is mostly computer based. I know from my long Covid groups that yoga nidra is something that many of us find really helpful. So thank you for these. (Also I find the videos with the bowl sounds to be the ones that get me into the deepest state of relaxation, so thank you for making a variety of videos with different sounds in!)

Love your meditations! Have you considered mentioning your website at the beginning of each recording as opposed to the end? .that way yogis would just hear silence afterwards while blissed out from your amazing guidance . 🧘‍♀️🙏🏻

Only you, Miss Ally!! My reset angel through endless engineering.
I've been increasingly sleep deprived for weeks. And today no amount of caffeine was even tapping me...on the last day of lectures (with finals beginning in 3). I feel sad and sorry for all I drag my poor sensitive body, mind, and heart through...so after I class, all that was left in me was the call from within, to offer kindness to myself (before piling on a single thing else), .... find you, a grassy patch in the sun, reset, ...and find me again. 🙏🫶🙌
When I was done. I looked up to see another younger girl, using the inspiration to have her own meditation with a nearby tree.

This was recommended to me from another YouTube video that I was checking out. My husband had a stroke back in February and has been experiencing a lot of brain fog, confusion, frustration and disbelief, understandably. I've been searching for the "perfect" meditation for him that he'd be more likely to do regularly. He gets very little sleep, having many flashbacks of things that happened during his many hospitalizations since. As his wife and caregiver, I am just as interested in whatever he finds helpful. We will be trying this tonight first. I'm grateful. Thank you.
