Yoga nidra is a form of non sleep deep rest that is perfect for setting the tone for your day. If you wish to feel calm and balanced through out the day then this yoga nidra practice will help you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system in just 10 minutes.

This short yoga nidra practice can used in a holistic way, like guided morning meditation to calm your mind and set a daily intention deep into the subconscious mind.

I’m a 63 year
old man and have started doing this about 2 weeks ago .
It’s wonderful, easy to follow, and a lovely soothing voice .
The time goes so fast , seems more like 5 minutes than the 10 minutes.
