Experience deep rest and relaxation in this10-minute Yoga Nidra session focused on resetting the nervous system. By utilizing the power of the somatosensory cortex to systematically move through your body, you will be able to shift out of stress, anxiety, elevated emotions etc. into a deep, peaceful resting state. The practice begins by bringing your attention to your body and gradually moving through different body parts, releasing any tension or holding patterns you may be carrying. At the end of the session, you will be gently guided back to a state of wakefulness, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It is recommended to allow yourself a few moments to integrate the experience before moving on with your day.

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deeply relaxing and transformative practice that helps to release physical, mental, and emotional tension. It is a form of guided meditation that is practiced lying down in a comfortable position. This session is designed to be accessible to practitioners of all levels, including beginners.

I do this practice almost daily, sometimes twice a day. It has significantly increased the quality of my life by making me fall to sleep fast rather than thinking for 40 minutes before sleep. Thanks a lot for providing so much value
