As a 40 year old man that does physical labor, my body is obviously always under tension. This is my first week trying yoga. I am terrible and lack a lot of the flexability and balance i see in the videos but i am seeing some improvement and feeling quite refreshed after stretching everything out. Anyways, thanks for the easy nature of these tutorials, even an ape like myself can follow along.

I do this video almost every morning and let me tell you, your channel literally saved my life… struggling with body dysmorphia is not easy along with terrible adhd, I couldn’t connect with working out the same way others did and it frustrated me bc I would get so bored and not be able to finish or overwork myself the first day and not have any motivation to go back. It’s been almost a year, I do most of the same videos on her channel but I’m never bored and I can feel and see my body change (in a positive way). I no longer chase “the perfect body” but I see the progress in how I hold poses or how I’m able to adjust when something feels off. I have muscle mass, I can do more outside of yoga than I ever have, I no longer feel like a bag of bones and I breathe through my belly more. Thank you Jess, you are always apart of my gratitude everyday. ❤️

I'm getting much better at the side planks!!! Yeah. I used to be able to do them but due to a 2 to 3 year break of yoga I had completely lost the ability to do them!! But after doing this practice a few times, I'm back there. Thank you Jessica

I have been struggling to go back to my regular yoga practice. But today I decided to give it a go so I could be fully present for a beloved who is going through so much. I said, "just a 10 min flow by Jessica . It is doable and it will make you feel good." This flow is among my go-to.

I loved this really short and sweet one! Thank you for doing these without music and just mostly poses and breath work. I find it really hard to enjoy practicing yoga on youtube and you have broken the mold!

This was perfect. Got all the right spots in 10 minutes and just the right pace for the morning. If you haven’t made them already, more 10 min videos would be great especially bc you’re so good at it! Perfect for study breaks too. Can’t wait to look through what you have. Thanks ☺️
