This practice gave me the space and time to be present and realize what a beautiful morning today is, how much my life has been improving... It gave me space to hear the birds chirping, and to focus on the positive 🤍🫧

Hi, Bird! I want you to know that your videos are the reason I have been consistent with yoga for a little while now. I have multiple health issues and very low motivation to start physical activity for fear of failure. While executing this practice, I was able to be honest with my self and set out a clear goal. For months, years, I’ve felt stuck. Ive always had an idea of what I want to work towards, but never been as precise as I am now. I’ve done the 30 day challenge and the pain in my lower back is none existent. I got the epidural with my second child and there has been pain ever since! Now I feel free! THANK YOU!!

I was lying there, thinking to myself how much I needed this and how I just need to set time aside for this more consistently and chastising myself - when I got to the part of the video where you thanked us for setting aside time and for making time and space for ourselves. And I just felt like crying, laying there on the mat. Thank you for making this content so accessible and friendly to beginners like myself! I can't wait for more!
