I was sitting in my living room in the morning doing my stretches and then the sun came pouring in my window and I was just overwhelmed by this profound moment of peace as I sat up and just basked in the sun. I felt so warm and happy in that moment you won’t believe it

It would be helpful if you included more hip flexor stretching in your morning yogas. I LOVE 10-15 morning yoga classes, but hip flexor stretching is a requirement for me with them. So far I haven’t seen any of your short morning yoga classes have hip flexor stretching ☹️

Wow, that was absolutely wonderful! I always always always follow another yoga teacher. This time I decided to try someone else. And luckily I found you. And you are just what I need, not so much talking, and enough time in the position to allow me to stretch properly. And then also saying enough things, like don’t worry if your hands don’t get to your feet, orYou just need to feel the stretch. You never know what the viewer has to deal with; perhaps they are really old, or they only do yoga once in a while, or they have a bad knee injury. Everybody needs that type of support with this type of exercise. So many people think that you have to touch the floor or you have to put your head to your knee, and it can be really distressing for them if they hold that type of belief. So when you say you only need to feel the stretch, that is a really great help to every viewer I think.
