For anyone who struggled, you are NOT alone. This was easily the hardest yoga work out I’ve done (I’m drenched in sweat 😅) But by challenging yourself each day, or even week, you will get better! Small steps create major results. Now let’s kick some butt! ❤️❤️

Boho beautiful transforms my mental and physical health. Their videos have been helping me for years. I stopped practicing a while ago after a bad event and my health became very poor. I started daily practice recently and have noticed a huge difference inwardly and physically. If I had one thing to tell others practicing - its that you will get so much more out of this of you focus on trying to feel better and become stronger rather than worrying about how your body looks in the moment . Its like they keep saying - you're exactly where you need to be right now.

Hey guys I’m going to be doing this for 2 weeks and will be posting results here! Here goes...

Day 1: Technically more like day 2? The first time I attempted it I gave up mid-workout! However, not sure if I was just having a bad day but today I completed the whole thing. It is challenging but I made it out okay! I hope by the end my three-legged dogs look a bit better!

I’m going to try this out bc i want to improve both my mentality and physicality. These days where the COVID-19 pandemic gets bigger and bigger every day in my country, i want to look out for myself and find a light in my little cave because that’s what i deserve. I deserve to be healthy and happy, and im going to put all my efforts into giving myself that. I will get trough these days, and make myself proud of my achievements when i look back to these times. I’m going to turn this struggle into a beautiful journey. I’m sharing it with you guys bc i know how hard it can be sometimes, so maybe i can be a little inspiration to someone reading this. Remember to always keep trying, YOU are BIGGER than your problems🐆.

Trying this tomorrow morning! I love doing your workouts during my morning routine... I usually go for a walk outside as soon as I wake up to get some sunlight, come inside and make a huge drink of water, lemon, and some himalayan salt (for minerals) and then do one of your videos! this routine makes me so happy :)

I have been following your videos for a month. This is my first time doing this workout. I'm so sweaty, but I feel absolutely happy. I feel like my muscles are working! They stretched, but also strengthened. I add this practice to my favourites. Huge gratitude ❤❤❤
