If the flow is too fast - you can slow the video down in the settings. That helps me considering I'm a beginner. Great workout 😊

I always thought yoga was a waste of time but ever since I added these workouts to my fitness routine, I’ve started to see the toning and definition across my arms and torso that HIIT wasn’t giving me. Amazing! Also such great mental floss
