Yoga always makes me feel better, but sometimes I don’t have the energy or strength to do a long flow. I’m so grateful for short, simple flows like these that I can convince myself to get on my mat for. This flow left me feeling great. Thank you!

Thanks Bird. I’ve started doing a little yoga with my wife on weekday evenings. We do it for relaxation. My wife is out doing another activity this evening. Usually I skip those nights, but decided to do this one tonight solo.

I am healing from iron deficiency anemia, so I do not feel comfortable doing full workouts in the gym again. With your videos I get the perfect amount of movement for the current stage in my journey and they bring me peace.
