Welcome to this 45-minute full-body yoga flow, to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to open their bodies. We’ll begin with a brief meditation focused on the breath to help draw the awareness inward, followed by a twisting standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin.

Absolutely LOVE these longer yoga classes (like 45 min to 1 hour), gives me enough time to really get in the flow! ☀️ Please make more of these in the future 🙏🏼 And it’s so helpful when you talk us through the exhales and the inhales. Connecting the movements with the correct breathing is the hardest part for me. Thank you so much for everything Tim! ❤️

This is great. I haven’t done yoga in awhile and I was ready to give up after 15 minutes but then I felt a surge of energy. I feel great. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

A very good morning flow. I feel a lot of hip mobility after this flow. You're an amazing instructor Tim. And the background and surrounding sound makes this video perfect!

Wow, I'm so glad that you showed up on my feed! Your cues are fantastic; clear and concise, and your voice is so nice and soothing! Your playful comments kept it light and helped me keep my focus. My old teacher back in the day did that as well and it really makes a difference.

I also really appreciated the gentler opening into the sun salutations. In my younger and more fit days, ashtanga was my jam! Now that I'm older and out of practice (and shape), the gentler opening felt wonderful.

Beginner yoga boy here, the first 10 mins were tough definitely worked quite the sweat but after that it was smoothe sailing clairty really hit after 20 mins thank you been having a lot on mind and to find quite the experience here is exceptional 🙏🏼

Hi Tim, loved this class. Pace, variety, level of commentary - all fantastic. I don't know if there could ever be a 'perfect' class, but this comes close!

Don’t always have time in the morning to do longer videos like this. But lucky me today. I did taking a break from strength training this morning. This was invigorating, but not as taxing. Perfect for a recovery day. Love your energy, Tim!
