I really needed the talk about showing up today. my parents have been sick recently and I've been taking care of them while stressing about Christmas presents and finances and habe neglected my practice. my hips and hamstrings resent me for it and your encouragement really made me feel so much better so than you and Namaste

Thankyou! I really appreciate your mantras and talks. After a hectic school term I've neglected exercise over the past few weeks and when I saw the notification that there was a new video up I made myself time. To hear that I 'showed up today" was exactly the reinforcement I needed to be more positive heading into the rest of the week.
