Reach your flexibility goals with this 15 minute full body yoga flow. No props needed!

Hey everyone, this week I'm bringing you a heavily requested practice. This is an intermediate 15 minute flexibility yoga flow working on your entire body. It makes a great morning yoga practice to stretch stiff muscles as well as a great evening yoga flow to unwind from the day.

If you've got flexibility goals, these poses will help you get there! We'll mix static and dynamic stretches to give you the best of both worlds. Ideal for people who are short on time but want to stretch their entire body and improve overall mobility.

If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

This is month 8 of doing yoga every day with Kassandra. Very much enjoyed this video! Love the added bonus of the birds chirping. What a way to start my week/month!

Incredible as always! You have no idea how much you help me so I figured I'd let you know. I watch your videos every morning. They're the only ones that I've found that make me feel relaxed while pushing me and you always remind us that there's no need to prove anything and to breath. You always explain the positions soo well too! That's my favorite part. Like I'll be there thinking I'm doing the pose and you'll be like, "push your shoulder to the mat" and then it clicks and I get the pose right and feel the stretch. It's helped with my pain and flexibility sooo much. Thank you for what you do! ☺️🫶🏼

Heyy, I just wanted to let you know that I have had a very hard time mentally lately and you cannot imagine how much this video helped me. Not only the yoga but the BIRDS. Their singing almost made me feel emotional. They made me feel so relaxed and hopeful for some reason. Thank you.

I've been following random videos of yours for about two weeks now, and I wanted to let you know that they're lovely to do each morning, you explain things so simply but so well, you make me feel comfortable with the level that I'm at, you seem like a lovely person, and I always feel more ready for the day afterwards. This morning I woke up feeling quite anxious, but I got myself to do this video, and when thinking about how I felt at the end, I felt warmer, much more comfortable physically, and calmed and ready for the day!
