This is a 15 minute yoga full body stretch.
Doing this yin inspired yoga class will help to deeply stretch the entire body while releasing tension and promoting relaxation.
You can do this routine anytime of the day however it is a great addition to ones bedtime routine to help improve sleep.
This 15 min yoga stretch will also help to increase flexibility over time.
Remember to listen to the body and never do anything that causes pain or uncertain discomfort.

It's amazing how yoga can connect to your emotions. When in pigeon pose I started to cry. I'm getting married tomorrow and my Dad can't be there because he passed away in January. This big surge of emotion took over me in that posture and I thought of him and my tears dropped onto the mat. Yoga can be very healing, thank you Bird.

This felt so good. I’m only 20 but my muscles are horribly painful from being a full time early childcare worker as well as having just recovered from severe depression and sleep disorders that left me basically bedridden for years. The gentle reminders that it was ok to modify the poses so they didn’t heart made me feel so at peace and I’m hoping that this will become a daily ritual for me

I've suffered from extreme insomnia for years, so I've begun doing this routine every night to go to sleep. Pigeon is my absolute favorite pose. I'm super inflexible, but that's the one deep stretch I can do with no problem. I put rose oil on my wrists so I can breathe it in during the whole routine and Rose Quartz on my mat. I've conditioned myself to stress before bed for so long, so this really helps me chill out and start working that programming out of my brain 🌹🖤

I’ve never openly cried during yoga before, whether in a class or by myself. I’ve been struggling mentally lately. This morning I had a longing to move my body and this video showed up. I clicked on the channel and saw the banner “you are worthy of feeling your best” and broke down. Thank you for letting me release my emotions in the safety of this comment section ❤️

after years of inactivity, bad posture, and back pain, im finally giving yoga a try. i’ve been doing stretches daily and they’ve helped my neck and back tremendously. thanks for this, yoga is so calming and feels sooo good!!! 🧘‍♀️

I normally don’t comment on videos but I felt compelled this time to do so. Lately I’ve been struggling with having the motivation to do anything active and this helped me start back with exercising and other activities. I’ve been working on myself for a while now and yoga has always allowed me to come back to myself and be calm. But for some reason, this routine caused me to feel extremely uncomfortable in certain positions.

My first instinct was to stop the pose and get out. But then I realized that this is what I do in real life when I feel uncomfortable. I run away or quit.

So I sat with the uncomfortable feelings rising within me and I noticed that once I took deep breaths and sent love to those parts, the feeling lessened and it moved from my pelvis/legs to my heart.

This is a new experience for me but I’m glad I was able to merge my practice with higher wisdom and show love to myself during moments of deep uncomfortableness. ❤❤❤

I don't usually do workouts with videos that have voice overs or with people talking during the video but this is so relaxing, there's something about your voice that instantly relaxes me like no other yoga video. Thank you so much 🥺❤

Agree! The pigeon pose definitely released some tension and I began to cry. This healing journey has been tough and exciting at the same time and can feel overwhelming.

I’m thankful I can see the process through! Tears of shedding my life and tears of healing. I truly feel peace.

This is my third time doing yoga in the morning and at night before bed consistently, honestly these few times have been tough trying to stretch deeper but I know if I keep at this I’ll get better at stretching more deeply! Thank u for making these videos ❤️🤲🏾

What I love about this video is that there is ample time given to get used to the stretch and loosen yourself up. A lot of videos keep the stretch brief and pack more moves in. I like that there weren't too many stretches but there was more time dedicated to each stretch

I love you jump straight into it. Other channels feel like they take several minutes at beginning and end before doing anything so it just feels like less time doing yoga.

this was such an emotional experience for me. i used to be a very active person-- was super flexible and overall felt really in tune with my body. but in the past couple of years, with school getting more intense and taking all of my time, i totally abandoned physical exercise altogether. i've developed horrible pain in my shoulders and neck and it bothers me everyday, and causes me unbearable tension headaches and stress. this is the first time i have sat down to do a stretch in two years, and i cried my eyes out the entire time because it sank in how out of touch with my body i was. the relief that this brought me actually brought out such an emotional response from me that now i feel obligated to continue doing this every day and take care of myself after so long. thank you <3
