15 Minute Yoga Stretch Break | Open Your Body & Feel Amazing!

Take a quick break from your day to stretch and open up your entire body. This 15-minute all levels flow will leave you feeling calm, yet focused to help you stay productive.

The class starts in tabletop to flow through cat/cow and spinal waves into cobra pose. The warm up continues with kneeling side body stretches and mini camel heart-openers. Rest in child's pose with a deep shoulder stretch and then hold downward facing dog.
Practice three-legged dog, pyramid, high lunge, warrior II, triangle, reverse triangle and low lunge twist. Open the chest with cobra, upward facing dog and melting heart pose.
The class ends with a seated neck stretch and a few minutes of quiet, mindful reflection.

This was particularly effective — the stretching was exactly what I wanted in 15 minutes. But… there was more. At the end of the session I broke down while breathing. Something between the physical and emotional release — your voice, the music — it all triggered something that I was not expecting. This was incredibly healing. Thank you 🙏🏻

I am realizing how much yoga has helped me over the years of practicing, and I haven't sat down to just reflect on my progress and how through yoga, I've learned to slow down and truly breathe, and my anxiety has lowered significantly since 2020. A big thank you to myself for my will - to God/the universe who forced us all to slow down in 2020 - and a bigger thank you to the internet, to youtube, to jessica and others like her who teach yoga... what a blessing.

this was genuinely the best yoga ive ever done. Ive never felt this peaceful, I even started crying out of relief. Im actually so shocked, I never thought that I could be this calm. Will definitely be doing this at least two times a day. SO extremely powerful.
