I've tried multiple other yoga practices on youtube but they were all either too slow or too fast or too stressful for me, opposite of what i expected yoga to be
But your practices and videos have been perfect. I feel absolutely best everytime i follow these and i even look forward to waking up every morning to do these.

i'm going through a hard week, had been feeling lots of anxiety and scared of depression taking me again. but i started to do the things that made me feel better in the past, yoga being one of them. i stopped practicing a while ago because i have been too busy. but today i took some time, and when you said i'm "worthy of this simple time" it almost made me cry. thank you for this practice (:
